Would a Zealous Spear be good for a healing monk?

Not zealous because you should be healing, not attacking.

While a zealous spear isn't good for a healing monk, a caster moded spear(+5 energy, +20% enchantment) is still a good option for monks, to offer variety from the mods found on wands and staves.
